Additionally, we ensure an appropriate release balance, taking into account the workability in your processes! By selecting molds, cutting tools, and jigs suitable for the conditions of the base material (thickness, hardness, adhesiveness, etc.), we achieve dimensional accuracy. While the guaranteed values may vary based on material, shape, size, and measurement points, we can achieve processing within 0.05mm. If the first trial does not meet the standard tolerance, our design, manufacturing, and quality control departments collaborate to repeatedly refine the specifications of the mold, target values, and other improvement measures to enhance accuracy. As a result, we have products that have achieved a precision of ±0.02mm at specific points. Furthermore, we accurately laminate optical materials (PET, PC, PMMA, polarizers, AG, AR, OCA, protective films, etc.) that have been cut and processed, without foreign substances, bubbles, or wrinkles.
